About the 40-foot Open Top High Cube (OT HC) container
40′ Open Top High Cube container has a removable tarpaulin roof and additional High Cube height, making it suitable for long, tall or crane-loaded cargo. Cargo can be loaded through the doors or from above, but the roof opening is narrower than the internal container width. Cargo protruding beyond the standard dimensions requires special stowage planning and carrier approval.
